Description
The Winona State University women’s softball team is once again making plans for their upcoming season. Last spring, the Warriors had another tremendous season finishing with a 38-16 record and posting another 20-win campaign in the NSIC. This marks the 23rd consecutive season of 35 or more wins for the program, and the 6th straight Conference season posting 20 or more victories. The hard work of our athletes was further recognized at the season’s end as seven of our student-athletes earned All-NSIC honors as well as five players earning the Gold Glove at their defensive position.
Donations are applied to...
Donations of ANY amount can help us prepare for this season. Everything we raise will go directly to the team travel this year as we prepare for a competitive schedule and Spring Break training in Florida. Support in honor of your player!
Thank you for supporting WSU Softball!
The Adopt-A-Player campaign allows for friends, relatives, and associates outside of the program to become a part of the Winona State softball family. By donating back to the Winona State Softball Family, your efforts will help our program prepare and compete in the 2024 season. Thank you for supporting our team!
Why are donations necessary?
One of the most important elements of our year is the need to raise funds for the upcoming season. Winona State softball is once again running an Adopt-a-Player campaign. This fundraising effort helps raise funds for our program to defer costs as we travel to Florida for spring break and other destinations throughout the 2024 schedule. As the success of our program has increased, so has our need and ability to play an increasingly more difficult and financially burdensome schedule. In doing so, we have become more reliant on fundraising to offset the costs of our travels. Each player is trying to raise $500. 100% of the money raised goes directly into our program’s travel budget.
